GrimDex is developed and sold by Caupulican Moura Queupuan Cumian LTDA (trading as CQTecnologia), CNPJ 54.965.309/0001-45, São Paulo, Brazil ("we", "us").
GrimDex is desktop software for Microsoft Windows, delivered as a digital download. A free 14-day trial is included; after it ends, continued use requires a paid license key.
Licenses are one-time purchases, per person, usable on machines you own or control. Essential licenses include one year of software updates; Pro licenses include all future updates. Every license is perpetual, which means the versions you are entitled to will keep working forever. License keys may not be resold, published, or shared.
Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, invoicing, applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax), and payment data. Paddle's own terms apply to the checkout process.
Don't attempt to circumvent the trial or licensing mechanisms, reverse engineer the licensing system, or use the software in violation of applicable law.
GrimDex is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law in your country.
