Try before you buy: GrimDex ships with a full-featured 14-day free trial, so you can make sure it fits before spending anything.
If you buy and it still doesn't work out, email support@grimdex.dev within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. Paddle (the merchant of record) issues the refund back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
If something's broken, we'd love the chance to fix it. A note about what went wrong helps us improve GrimDex for everyone, but it's never a condition of the refund.
