GrimDex is developed and sold by CQTecnologia ("we", "us").
GrimDex is desktop software for Microsoft Windows, delivered as a digital download. A free 14-day trial is included; after it ends, continued use requires a paid license key.
Licenses are one-time purchases, per person, usable on machines you own or control. Personal licenses include one year of feature updates; Lifetime Updates licenses include feature updates released during the lifetime of the product. An expired Personal update window only limits access to later feature versions: every app version already covered by the license remains usable permanently. Personal update coverage can be renewed separately. License keys may not be resold, published, or shared.
Checkout provides the payment and receipt information for your order. Applicable taxes are shown before payment.
Don't attempt to circumvent the trial or licensing mechanisms, reverse engineer the licensing system, or use the software in violation of applicable law.
GrimDex is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law in your country.
