GrimDex processes files and filenames locally on your computer. It does not upload or transmit them.

Information we receive

When you contact support, we receive your email address and the information you include in the message. When you purchase GrimDex, checkout sends us your email address, product, payment status, and order identifier. We use these details to issue your license and support the purchase.

Payments

Checkout handles your card details. CQTecnologia does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.
