Compatibility guarantee

After purchase, contact support@grimdex.dev within 24 hours if GrimDex does not work on a compatible Windows machine. We will resolve the problem or refund the purchase.

What to include

Send the app version, your Windows version, the steps that lead to the problem, and a non-sensitive screenshot or error message. Do not send personal filenames or files.

Coverage

The compatibility guarantee covers a confirmed problem on a supported Windows system that our support cannot resolve. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
